*screams like a fangirl* I just got back from the movie and HOLY FREAKIN' HELL was that movie awesome! I honestly am reaffirmend in my faith in Star Wars. This movie was so friggin awesome I still can't quite come up with the right words to describe it... I was very impressed, this movie far exceeded my expectations, and I was left stupendously overjoyed. To top that off, I LOVED hearing James Earl Jones's Vader voice, if only for a few lines. Oh and to top that off I was acting just like Draz on the car ride home, complete with over the top gestures and lack of communication skills caused by joy overload. Speaking of, Draz when I come and visit you this summer, you... me... movie... SPAZ!!!
Oh yeah, and I initiated the nerd-like clapping at the intro to the movie... :-D W00t!

Well, the movie was better than I expected. The acting wasn't spectacular but it hardly mattered. The action was fast and constant, and AMAZING. Holy criminey, I think I wet myself during the opening scene with the space battle, and Anikan and Obi-Wan leaping out of their starfighters and cutting down droids. I give it ***1/2 (Three and a half) stars out of five. For Star Wars fans, it's a must.

For the most part I like the movie, but there were several things that bothered me. General Grevious, who in the Clone War Cartoon was bad ass, but in the movie was a total coward who sucked at fighting. Various 'Love-Scenes' where nothing happened (but did allow for bathroom breaks) Mace Windu's death was...akward. Anakin should've just killed him rather than having Sidious electrecute him for 30sec before finally throwing him out of the window. Darth Vader's agonizing scream...WTF? Absolutely no Boba Fett (Did they just include him in the last one to F'up his backstory?)
On a brighter note I did like the stories turn towards a more dark and serious tone to portray the downfall of Anakin, rather than having little Ewoks sprout out of Sidious' robes and ask him to join to dark side while making sad faces and dancing around like Umpa-Lumpas.

DRAZ'S WORD TO DESCRIBE THE MOVIE:
SQUEE!!!!!!
*Likes realistic description of tendencies to spaz out by Hydro, and then hides head in shame for them being accurate.*
HYDRO!!! Yay! When would you like to come up and visit?

I've never hated Darth Vader before, but now I deem him as evil. He definately goes against everything I stand for. I can't stand the constant contradiction and the whole trance like state he was in for the whole movie. Don't get me wrong, it was a good movie I just can't stand the character Anakin now. Powerful my foot, anyone who can have they're mind taken that easily is a pansy

PHWAhahahahahahh!
Anakin: *falls for the oldest trick in the book*...*The Jedi Mind Trick*
Mwa hahahahah! I love it!
Anyway, I agree with you Aranight... he is kind of a pansy, but then we know where Luke gets the whiny face from...
Poor Padme... she just gave up.
"There's good in him, I know there is.."
Anakin: *Waves around youngling on a lightsaber* "Anybody feel like shiskabob tonight? Padme?"
Padme: *Shakes head, gets sick, dies*
