A fugative most of his life, Sathaer is cautious and hawkish by necessity, rather than nature. Life under his adventuring father was hard, (while his father's partner settled down, the flighty Satheraiser Half-Elven continued his quest for unknown territory) and a fateful encounter with a rather innocent maid left Sathaer an orphan and outlaw. His wanderings brought him in touch with past bonds, and the realization of his father's old companion's peril sparked a renewed drive for true adventure and well-doing. Swift with a bow or blade, the Pheonixwing silently ignites a fury worth reckoning against his enemies.
