We're considering making a new board so that members can share their own games here as well. We're thinking it might bring in some more interest, but unless the GMs screen their ideas like we do, there may be more short term ideas than long term settings. What do you think?

I think it would be helpful to those having DM block. That and it would help preannounce upcoming games, and let the GM/DM's see what the player want to play.
I think it would be interesting to have a DM game. ... I don't really know how to describe it better than that, just have everybody in the game have a realm of control ...
WAIT! [glow=red,2,300]
A rotating DM slot. [/glow]
Like everybody gets a chance to tell a bit of the story. Like one of those wacky round robin stories? Yeah, except with roleplaying. Now that would be sweet. and everybody would have a chance to take a break, and lead a part of the game. Whee!

Yeah, like each week have somebody else be the DM. The team wouldn't be able to use a pregenerated Dungeon/quest, but this would help with expanding uses of the imagination. You would have to use what somebody else created and hopefully have this make sense with your end of he quest. It would also be neat if each player had a specific objective that had to be met while they were DM'ing. The only thing is you would have to make sure your objective was met during your DM week...or you could just stay DM until said objective was met.
This could also be used to help beginning DM's heighten their skills.
I dunno. It was a cool and shiny thought.
